At our salon, we are dedicated to providing an exceptional, luxurious experience tailored to each guest. To ensure the highest standard of service, we kindly ask that all clients respect the following policies.

To secure your reservation, a refundable retainer fee is required at the time of booking. This retainer will be applied toward your final service balance. 

We honor a 15-minute grace period for all scheduled appointments.
Guests arriving beyond this window will have their appointment automatically cancelled, and the retainer fee will be respectfully forfeited.

To preserve the serenity and flow of our space, we encourage timely arrivals.

We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to confirm, reschedule, or cancel your appointment.

• Requests made within 48 hours of your appointment are not permitted 
• The retainer fee will be forfeited for any late changes 

This policy allows us to accommodate other guests seeking our services.

Full refunds are extended only for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance.

• No-call, no-show appointments will result in a forfeited retainer fee 
• Same-day cancellations will also result in a forfeited retainer fee 

Repeated missed appointments may require full prepayment for future bookings.

The remaining balance is due upon completion of your service.
We accept cash, major credit cards, zelle and digital payments.
