Welcoming clients with open arms into her BORN BEAUTICIAN salon in Midtown Manhattan, NYC. Kaie earns their trust by assisting them with both their hair concerns and providing an atmosphere of acceptance, inclusion, and relaxation. For her, the most rewarding part of the client relationship is seeing the joy and satisfaction on their faces when the experience is complete. From haircuts to hair extensions, or just a relaxing hydration steam treatment, each client receives a custom-tailored consultation and hair analysis before any service to ensure 100% satisfaction. Kaie’s BORN BEAUTICIAN brand was birthed from her desire to offer her clients the high-end services of a luxury salon while giving them the warmth, comfort, and laughter that feeds their souls. HOW TO GET ACCEPTED:
1. BOOK AN APPOINTMENT AND WAIT FOR ACCEPTANCE.
2. FILL OUT THE COVID SCREENING FORM VIA EMAIL.
3. BE PREPARED TO LEAVE A RETAINER FEE (1/2 OF THE TOTAL SERVICE BEING RENDERED)
4. READ THE CANCELLATION POLICY THOROUGHLY.
5. RECEPTIONIST WILL CONTACT YOU TO ACCEPT, CONFIRM OR DECLINE YOUR APPOINTMENT.
6. WEARING A MASK and TEMPERATURE CHECK IS MANDATORY at our salon.
7. ALL appointments are thoroughly screened to ensure 100% comfort and satisfaction.
8. ENJOY YOUR ROYAL TREATMENT.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. ALL APPOINTMENTS HAVE A 15 MIN GRACE PERIOD.
2. AFTER 15 MIN YOUR APPOINTMENT IS CANCELLED AND YOU LOSE YOUR RETAINER FEE.
3. YOU HAVE 48 HOURS TO CONFIRM, RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT, AFTER 48 HOURS YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO SO AND YOU WILL LOSE YOUR RETAINER FEE.
4. YES, YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND UP TO 48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT.
5. ALL NO-CALLS, NO SHOWS LEAD TO LOSING YOUR RETAINER FEE.
6. CANCELLING THE SAME DAY AS YOUR APPOINTMENT LEADS TO LOSING YOUR RETAINER FEE.
